This is Mobile Bar Hire's Wedding Bar Hire Venue Check List :-

• Is the venue in the right area for your reception? (if separate from your ceremony venue, ideally it should be no more than 30 minutes’ drive away)
• Is the venue the right size to accommodate the number of guests you would like to invite?
• Do they offer a wedding package or can you create your own? If there is a wedding package, can you adapt it to suit your day?
• Is there ample car parking close to the venue for your guests?
• Are there suitable facilities for any disabled guests?
• Are they able to offer menus for guests with specific dietary requirements?
• If you would like a marquee, will the venue allow this, and is there an area suitable for a marquee?
• Does the venue have an in-house caterer? If so, do you like the choice of menu?
• If you’re allowed to use external suppliers, do they have any restrictions or can they offer any recommendations?
• Can you bring in your own alcohol? If so, will you be charged corkage? And how much is it?
• Does the venue have accommodation for guests who would like to stay overnight?
• Is there a good selection of other accommodation nearby?
• Are you able to have naked flames in the form of candles?
• Will the venue allow a live band and dancing?
• Will the venue allow fireworks? If so, is the outside area suitable for fireworks?
• Is VAT included in the prices?
